Introduction

One of our main priorities is the privacy of our users and customers. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Platform known as Joono (the «Platform») and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities on Platform and is valid for registered users on the Platform with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Platform. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this Platform.

By using our Platform, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information we collect

a. Data You directly provided to Us

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, email address, and telephone number.

b. We use Adapty to collect data such as your purchase history and information about Your device

By using Adapty, we collect data such as IT information (technical information from the device (IDFA, IDFV, Advertising ID, IP address, device model, OS, language settings), usage data (in-app events), contact information (email, name, last name and other properties that the service can request.

We use Adapty for analytics purposes, specifically for research and analysis of users interaction with the Platform. Adapty helps us to understand, in particular, how users find our Platform (for example, which advertiser served an ad that led You to our Platform). Adapty also provides us with different analytics tools that enable us to research and analyze Your use of the Platform.

c. We use Appsflyer and Adjust Service to process your personal data such as:

“Technical Information”: This covers technical information concerning an End User’s mobile device or computer, such as browser type, device type, and model, CPU, system language, memory, OS version, Wi-Fi status, time stamp and zone, device motion parameters and carrier.

“Technical Identifiers”: This refers to various unique identifiers that generally only identify a computer, device, browser or Platform n such as IP address.

«Engagement Information»: This includes information relating to our campaigns and End User actions, such as clicks on our ads, and ad impressions viewed.

d. We also use Amplitude that is an analytics service that we use to understand how customers use our Platform

As for analytics purposes, Amplitude helps us to understand, in particular, how users find our Platform (for example, which advertiser had delivered an ad that led You to our Pltform in app store). Amplitude also provides us with different analytics tools that enable us to research and analyze Your use of the Platform, which helps us to decide what application features we should focus on.

As for customer support purposes, Amplitude helps us to respond to Your requests for technical support. For example, it enables us to track Your interaction with our Platform and in order to detect particular technical issues with the Platform.

In order to receive those services from Amplitude, we share such data as:

“Technical information”: Platform, device type (phone or tablet), device family, country, city, region, carrier, OS, time zone, language, IP Address, locale, referral source;

“User related information”: Your interaction with the Platform(i.e. taps on the particular screens)

e. We also use Stability.AI  that is the service we might collect, store, use, and/or share («process«) your information when you use our service such as when you visit our website at stability.ai or any website of ours that links to this privacy notice or engage with us in other related ways ― including any sales, marketing, or events.

f. We also use PicWish AI Photo Editor to enhance or colorize, restore old photo.

In order to receive those services from PicWish, we share such data as:

User Controls. You can access, amend, download, and delete your personal information by logging into your PicWish account and going to your account settings page.

Retention. When you sign up for an account with us, we’ll retain information associated with your account for as long as your account is in existence or as long as we need it to provide you the Services. If you delete your account, we will initiate deletion of this information immediately. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Other information will be retained until you ask us to delete it.

g. How we process, share, and retain your photos, videos and image data

We process your photos and videos to provide you with the features of the Joono application that you choose to use. In doing so, when you upload photos or videos to the Platform we process your photos and videos using technology that identifies data that is in the photos and videos and provides us with information, such as information about your facial position, orientation and topology (Face Data), and other elements of your photo (collectively, “Image Data”). The Image  Data are encrypted for security in transit (when the video is streaming or an image is being sent to Platform) and when they are being stored. Besides, we can retouch your protos, retouch selfie , remove object from your photo, change background, enhance photo, colorize photo, restore old photo, animate your face.

We may disclose your personal data including user-uploaded photo and video content to third-party organizations such as contractors, business partners, service providers, and vendors that we use to support our business and who assist us in providing our Platform.

If we do, our agreements will require that the third party:

  • Keep the personal data confidential;
  • Never provide the users information to any other party;
  • Store the videos and images securely;
  • Use the personal data only for the research and development purposes described above;
  • Destroy the information after it has been used for those purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Platform
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our Platform
  • Understand and analyze how you use our Platform 
  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
  • Communicate with you, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the Platform, and for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Send you emails
  • Find and prevent fraud

Log Files

Platform follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they use the Platform. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the Platform, and gathering demographic information.

Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

You may consult this list to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of Platform.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Platform, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites or applications that you use.

Note that Platform has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Third Party Privacy Policies

Platform’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options. 

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers’ respective websites.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights consumers have the right to:

Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.

Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.

Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not sell the consumer’s personal data.

GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Platform does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 14. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our Platform, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Keeping your Information

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version of the Policy will always be accessible from the website or the Platform. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on these pages. Thus, we advise you to review Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
